Vegan BBQ Black Bean Meatballs



These Vegan BBQ Black Bean Meatballs are packed with flavor and perfect for any barbecue or gathering. They're easy to make and are sure to impress vegans and non-vegans alike!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Mash the black beans in a large bowl until they are mostly smooth but still have some texture

Pepper, onion, barbecue sauce, tomato paste, soy sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper should all be added

Mix everything together well

Use about a tablespoon of the mixture to make a meatball, and then put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with foil

Add a little olive oil to each meatball

Put the meatballs in an oven that has already been heated for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the outside is firm and a little crispy

Serve hot, and if you want, you can add more barbecue sauce to dip it in
