Gefrituurde spruitjes uit de airfryer
Enjoy these crispy and flavorful Brussels sprouts made in the air fryer. They make a perfect appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients:
- 500g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, and take off any leaves that are turning brown
Put the sprouts in a bowl after cutting them in half
Pour olive oil over the sprouts and toss them around to cover them all
Add pepper and salt
Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C
Spread out the sprouts that have been seasoned in the air fryer basket
The sprouts should be air-fried for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket every so often, until they are golden brown and crispy
Grate some Parmesan cheese over the sprouts while they are still hot after taking them out of the air fryer
Serve right away as a healthy and tasty snack or side dish
